private art is fine; i will assume that you are okay with me posting the final product to SNS unless stated otherwise

if posting on SNS, please give attribution to me and link one of my socials; do NOT ever claim my work as your own, even after editing and regardless of where it is posted

a full refund will be provided if i deem myself unable to complete the work before the coloring phase; anytime after that, a 75% refund will be issued

upon viewing of your form, i will send an email either confirming your form and requesting to establish contact on a preferred SNS OR to (politely) notify that your form has been rejected

payment is to be made after i confirm your form and we establish contact + all details are sorted out; thenafter if my plate's full you'll be placed in a queue; if i have a full queue, the comm request form will usually be closed

if the work is past the sketch clean-up phase, any change that is not insubstantial (small transforms, edits that require more than 5 minutes of effort) will incur a charge of $10; insubstantial changes will be free up until the 3rd edit, at which point they will be charged normally; charges that require a great degree of effort (exceeding more than 1 hour of worktime)

if charges are imposed, i will send a watermarked version of the work for you to purview; after all necessary charges are paid and i am finished with the work, you will be sent a .ZIP of the image and project file

flat color backgrounds, simple backgrounds (gradients, light brushwork) are generally included and will be done at my discretion unless specifics are asked for

drawn, unrendered backgrounds incur a 40% fee of base price added cost; rendered backgrounds only apply to the "light rendering" item and incur a 80% fee of base price added cost

every additional character after 1 will incur a 100% fee of base price added cost; i will not depict more than 4 characters in a single image

i am willing to make alternate versions of a piece at around 20-40% fee of base price added cost per version

for items that are full pieces, i usually work on a 4096x4096 canvas, scale up the draft sketch to fit, and crop from there; sizes larger than 4096 in any dimension are not available

additional fees are additive, not multiplicative
